If grandpa gets 3 rooms, does he get all the documents?

My dad is going to get us 3 staterooms for the 7/3/04 sailing--one room will be me, DH and our two DDs, one will be my sister, her husband and their two DDs, and one will be my parents and my son.
Mom wants to know if all the documents will go to her to distrubute or if my sister and I will get a set sent to us. Also, will mom get my son's documents or will I.
We won't need any papers for him not traveling with his parents since we'll be right next door, right?

I believe that all documents will be sent to your Dad's, since it's technically one ressie. You won't need anything for your son, since you'll all be on the same ressie, different cabin, and will be checking in together. If you can arrange to have to documents sent to different addresses, your mom will DEFINATELY get your son's, since he'll be in their cabin. I hope you have a WONDERFUL trip.

We had this scenario last July for the Wonder. Grandpa's travel agent sent our docs to us. I don't know if Disney sent them all to her and she divided them up or what. Our daughter was staying in her aunts room so she did get her paperwork sent to her aunts not us. I filled out the papers for the four of us staying in one room and kept them with us from then on. Hope this answers your question!

Robin you can have it so that all the reservations are tied to your dad, but you get your documents. The only difference might be your son since he is in the room with your dad. Did you go through Dreams (I think I remember you looking at them)? If so they should be able to help.

We did our reservations for this past May with a room for DH and I and a room for his parents and they went to the right addresses. I got all the e-mail notifications since I was the one with e-mail and who made the reservations, but the docs went right to the correct houses.

I wanted to go with Dreams but Dad ultimately chose AAA--the only price difference was the DU rebate. Dad is completely internet illiterate and he likes to keep his hand in things, so he wants a travel agent he can speak to directly RIGHT NOW when he has an issue.
He is making the deposit tomorrow--I'll ask about having the docs sent to the right homes. It doesn't matter about DS--I only live 5 minutes from them anyhow.

If your dad gave the TA everyone's separate addresses, then each of your (3 rooms) will get your respective docs. We booked through DU for a couple going on the cruise with us - we used our address for the initial quote. The docs were sent to us because we forgot to switch the address. No problem though (all the docs state our address) because DU just updates their records through DCL and it will be taken care of at check in. Would be easier though if the addresses on the docs were corrected prior to check in. :)

We just got back from our latest cruise - just DH and me. One set of documents went to our Pa address and one set went to our Fl address. And that was after I verified which address they were going to send them to.

BTW, this was booked through DVC but I talked directly to DCL about the addresses
