does anyone know if it still takes the same amount of time to be notified? It seems to be about a month for people to find out if they have passed. I am wondering if it still takes a month if Disney is going to take it.

Thanks.

Just based on what I have read on this site, it seems to take the same amount of time to find out, currently running around 3 weeks, either way.

If you check out the ROFR thread, it gives you an idea.

Disney's commitment is to respond within 30 days. Depending upon the number of resales being processed and the time of year, it could take between 6 days or 30.

Our add-on went to Disney on 12/7, and we heard back on 12/29. So about 3 weeks is right.

While they normally do respond in less than 30 days, this is not technically true as written in the POS. What you as a seller are required to do is notify them at least 30 days before closing. So they are really only limited to 30 days if you set closing at 30 days. There is nothing that states they only have 30 days.
