From the initial planning stages to the time you check in, how many times do you think you have called CRO to check prices, to make the reservation, to make changes due to resort change/codes, make requests, hang up and call back b/c the CM you spoke with didn't seem helpful or knowledgeable, to make PS, etc.? My vacation is not until May and I feel like I've called a hundred time to check on prices/codes and the trip is still months away!
