Any guesses?

We would like to buy enough points to be able to stay in a 1-BR MK view every third year and with our obsessive planning, we have decided we'd like to not start accruing points until 2010.

I'm really hoping it doesn't sell out too quickly since I don't need the points until 2010 and in the meantime I'm trying to save up so that I finance as little as possible..........so far I've saved up $18:rotfl: I'm getting really close now :rotfl2:

It's a pretty big building, I'd say at least a year. By then, resales should start appearing.

That's good to hear.
We are still waiting on our actual closing date for our resale from TSS. We signed our final closing documents a couple of weeks ago........and are still waiting, waiting, waiting...... We are such impatient people that the resale price would have to be considerably lower than Disney's, especially if DVC offers any kind of incentives.
A year would sure give me a lot of time to save up :goodvibes

It basically depends on the price. That will have a impact on how fast it sells. Demand will be there, but how much demand.

I would say 2 years given the economy and the size of the building.. That is if it is all a DVC property...

deerh

If it is all DVC, 2 years. I think many people are overestimating the demand for it. If it is priced high, and AKV and the price of the other existing resorts is significantly less, it could take a while.

I asked the same question on another thread and was shown a picture of the sandwich. :lmao:

Yes it is the possible DVC by Contemporary. I thought they were calling them Kingdom Towers. :confused3
