How does everyone identify their stroller in the mass of stollers? Has anyone made a fun name tag? How about using the lime green mickey heads(or any other color) from home depot...I am not all that creative...any suggestions??

I used a tip I found on-line and it worked great. We rented a stroller but would work on any. I went to Walmart and brought 3 brightly colored bandana's all under a dollar a piece, 1 pink, 1 blue and 1 yellow one. I tied them on the carrage and you could always see it straight away, especially when it had been moved by CM's. The best thing was when my daughter who was 4 at the time went Kali River Rapids and got soaked and was crying. I took 2 of them and made her a nice dry shirt to wear:)

We take several cheap, neon colored bandanas and tie one or two to our stroller handle. (You can buy a dozen for about $3 online at Oriental Trading Company.) If they get lost, it's no big deal cause we have extras! :thumbsup2

I have also seen people tie on a balloon or even a pair of baby shoes. A big, colorful name tag would work too. If you laminate it and you can use multiple times.

I have a ton of fabric laying around for various projects, so I took a few long strips, tied them to the handles of our double stroller and it cut way down on our 'find time' - the place was an ocean of Maclarens! Ribbons, yarn, fabric, a balloon - anything to make it stand out on sight. I know a lot of people talk about monogramming, but using a big bright piece of fabric was much more visible at 50 yards than the name tags and initials I saw.

Have a fantastic time! :wizard:

I printed a sign for the back of our stroller with Buzz Lightyear on it saying
The Wiegand's Stroller BUZZ OFF! and used a bunch of Lime Green Mickey Heads from Home Depot. I lamenated everything and zip tied the sign on the back and the MH all over.

i have a fisher price precious planet umbrella stroller and it was very easy to spot! it's a bright teal-ish blue and i only saw one other strolller like it in 6 days! we did have a pirate sign on the back, but it wasn't needed!

We tied a brightly colored scarf to the handle but realized that we didn't need it-stoller was a distinctly colored Combi Flare that was easy to pick out. :-)

We didn't do this for a stroller but we did it for a wheelchair and it would work the same... You are going at the time of year when the park will be getting decorated for Christmas. My husband went out and bought Christmas ribbons with wire in them and wove them through the wheels and handles of the chair. There was tinsel and candy cane ribbons (little candy cane shapes hanging off the wire). :santa::cool1:

I am a decorating nut and go all out...depending on the season...this trip I boucht orange green and purple tulle fabric ripped in strips and tied on...also got led lights at Walgreens so will light up night of the party. And I also make a large stroller tag themed for the season as well. It's so fun to decorate the stroller. I just love it!

I had their names made in the creative disign board and laminated them- then tied them to each stroller. They turned out really cute and it was good because we have the same stroller for both of our kids, so they knew which stroller was theirs

We just returned from 10 perfect days at Disney and when my daughter found a lai on the ground at the Polynesian, we hung it over the handles of the stroller, and that made our stroller stand out from all the rest.

We had two strollers to keep track of last Jan when we went. I made small name tags for each of them with our last name only and our hotel, and cell phone #. I took metallic curling ribbon; red, blue, and siver and tied them to the handle...didn't matter if it got wet, and didn't get ruined when we folded up the strollers...because they were metallic and shiny they were very noticable! Also, I tied them on real tight and knotted them good...unless you had a knife or scissors there would be no way for someone to take them off and take off with our stroller....so it was dual purpose for us.

I might go with the same idea and use Christmas Colors since we will be there for MCMCP..only one stroller this time.

We took some neon colored pipe cleaners, twisted them together end to end, and the wrapped the whole thing around the handle over and over. The bright colors were easy to spot. Remember a lot of stroller parking has attendents who re-arrange to make more room so you're stroller might not be where you left it. Whatever you do, make it visible!

Since our first trip with a stroller is going to be during the holiday season, I'm having fun with the stroller decorating idea... I'm going with red & green el wire and tinsel. Our stroller is a really boring, unobtrusive charcoal gray, so it definitely needs a little something to stand out from the crowd!

BIG obnoxious ribbon bows on each side (knotted tight several times so they would be hard to remove) with lime green Mickey heads hanging from them that had our name and cell phone number written on them so if it did get lost, mistakenly taken (or stolen and later abandoned and sent to lost and found), whoever found it would be able to contact us.
