Ideas/rumors about Jan, Feb, March Promotions???

I have entered the "stalking the mailman" stage now that it's getting closer to the time I usually get some discount happy mail. I've checked our last couple trips and the first week in October is when I've been able to apply a pin. So now I run right to the mail when I get home hoping to see something from Disney...even though I know that DH (who works from home and gets the mail) knows well enough to let me know that something came in. I can't wait until the new promos come out so I can start obsessing about something else (like FP+ or airfare or something equally fun)!

I find myself checking my email constantly for a pin code...I received one for fall, but we couldn't go then So I'm hoping for some fairy dust and that I will get one for winter, although any discount would be greatly appreciated

So are we. We decided if we can score a good room only discount we will try for WL. If no discounts are released I am satisfied staying value.

I'm holding out for a discount before I book. I'm covered with all discount bases, AP, Visa, GP. Maybe even a pin from a family member. There are six of us going. I have my airfare.

We typically rent points from DVC owners and we are all lined up for January 2015 with air and a one bedroom villa at AKL.
We have never done the dining plan - but, now that my son is older and we are in the parks longer we may consider.
Is there any discounts we would be eligible for since we are renting points from an owner?

Nope, dining discounts come with packages. Renting dvc points is basically your discount!

Past behavior indicates GP discounts were released on Monday. Disney Visa was released the Thursday before.

I am currently booked and fully planned for a free dining trip the week before thanksgiving, but it is being threatened by issues at work So now I am planning a end of Feb trip just in case my Nov trip gets scrapped....As silly as it sounds I haven't booked room/tickets b/c I am waiting to see discounts, but I am booking my ADRs! A discount would make the rescheduling a lot easier to swallow.

I know. What confuses me most is that, typically, promos are released for DVC members on a Thursday and then GP get access the following Monday. Certainly they weren't going to release the new promo concurrent with the fall one, so we knew last Thursday was out. So it is possible we still won't see anything Monday and have to wait until October 9 until we learn of anything new. uhhhh

I'm hoping for tomorrow for the discounts also! I'm a Disney Visa cardholder and haven't heard anything about a discount from them yet either. The suspense is killing me!

We are booked in a standard room at WL, but those are all booked now so I'm assuming there won't be a discount on it. But, thinking of switching!

online between 5-6am usually, by phone 7am when call center opens. nothing showing yet today
