Ideas on how to save $ for this trip

planning first cruise on june 13. thinking of doing WDW 2 or 3 days before. any way to save on room or tickets? we have always done onsite for EMH with meal plan before. i know not a whole lot to save on tickets, what about room options, any other ideas? we are 5 so AS not option.
