Ideas needed for last day - flight leaves at 7pm

We have a 7 pm flight out also. We are planning on spending the day in the magic kingdom. For us it happens to be Jan.1 so I am thinking the park will be pretty uncrowded. Hubby will probably sleep in and check us out then meet me and the kids in the park.

Save all your souvenir shopping for the last day (keep a carry on empty). Spend the day in DTD and have dinner there before heading to the airport.

I like Downtown Disney on the last day because you can go at your own pace. The only caveat is that if you tend to shop heavily, then you should make sure that you have an empty piece of luggage in which to carry your items, since you'll likely be all packed up by the time you're in DTD. They won't be able to send anything to your room, and shipping the items home is an expensive proposition!
