I am taking DD4 and my Mom to WDW in three weeks (wahoo! 21 days to go). It's DM's first trip and I'd really like to make it special. She's had a particularly difficult year, getting divorced from my father and having to go back to work full-time. I work PT and she watched DD while I worked, so she misses her precious little granddaughter very much. A lot of the magic of this trip for my Mom is going to be spending time with her, and seeing WDW through the eyes of a Disney-crazed 4yo.
Anyway, I want to have some little suprises in store. We're going to Epcot our first day, so I got a PS the Ice Cream Social. The next morning we have our CRT PS, which is not a suprise for DM but is a big huge major suprise for DD (more on this in a minute).
We're staying at Pop Century and I requested the 50's buildings, which DM is really excited about. We will not have a car. Our dates are Thursday Jan 29th - Tuesday Feb 3.
Does anyone have any ideas for another suprise or two? I'd love to do an Illuminations Cruise, but it's cost prohibitive. I think it's too late to order her mouse ears or a GOH badge in advance.

PS- about the CRT PS...my mom got through on her first try (good thing b/c I didn't). Wahoo! So we're not telling DD. When I check in, I'm going to try to slip the CM a gift bag with a new Snow White dress and shoes that she's been pining for, along with a note from the princesses inviting her to meet for breakfast tomorrow morning. I'll ask the CM if s/he can tell DD that the princesses left her a package... the best part is that DD asks me five times a day if we are going to eat in the castle today, and I keep telling her that I couldn't get a PS. I tell her that I keep trying everyday but so far, no luck.
