Ideas for Mother's Day?

My DW and I will be visiting Disney with our seven month old DD on Mother's Day. As this will be DW's first true Mother's Day I would like to do something for her to celebrate the day.

Does anyone have any ideas? What have some the other thoughtful DH done in the past?

Thanks in advance for any replies because I would really like to make this day even more special for than it already will be.

We are doing the Crystal palace lunch on Mothers day. Thats an idea, however they are also doing a Mothers day Brunch, at Epcot. And that is being held Saturday and Sunday, So you may still be able to secure a PS. Good Luck.

They are taking family pictures at Epcot, they are similiar to the ones they take at MVMCP, you receive them in the mail:

Families can make the day even more special with Mother’s Day at four locations around World Showcase: Canada 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Germany and Norway 11 a.m.-5 p.m.; and in Future World near Innoventions 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Moms get a carnation to pin on when they enter the park and they also give a flower for the picture.

My Mom and I will be there, we plan dinner later at Cinderella's. When I made the PS, they said they are offering coursages from the WDW florist for $15 (spring garden) or $20 (roses).
