I am going on a solo trip in February(4th-11th), staying at the Polynesian, and while I have most of my reservations in, there are few holes in it, and am wondering if I should leave them for quick service/flexibility or if anyone had any creative ideas.

Here are my current reservations

Any ideas for the parts in bold?

On the 5th I would just do a QS or snacks for lunch since you are doing dinner at 4:30 & have the dessert party afterwards . On the 9th you don't plan to spend all day at MK there are plenty of restaurants in Disney Springs

Who is 'Ohana?

This looks like a ton of food....I would leave lunches blank. 3 meals of that size within 10-12 hours is excessive.

IMHO, you have so many reservations. I would keep Friday the 9th open and see how you feel that day. You would be surprised how many TS open up last minute. Just check the app if you want a reservation. The Plaza takes walk ups and we've had success walking up to Skipper Canteen as well. There's always QS available too. Just my opinion, but there is no way I could do 3 TS a day. It will take quite a bite out of your park time.

This looks perfect to me! It is a lot of food, but you can always modify at 24 hours out if you think there's too much.

On the 9th, you might consider Skipper Canteen for lunch or dinner. Crystal Palace is fun and might break up your breakfast routine. Or a cinnamon bun at Gaston's for breakfast and lunch at The Plaza?

I had a similar set up with Brown Derby and 'Ohana and just changed it, but only because I had "used" one too many dining credits. HBD does have some lighter choices, so it might be ok. I was looking to switch out to an Epcot or DHS area restaurant--you might consider heading over to Epcot from DHS after you've done your 4 rides , it's an easy walk or boat ride from DHS.

On the 9th for breakfast how about trying a waffle at Sleepy Hallow in MK? Love the Cobb salad at Brown Derby for lunch. I probably couldn't handle 3 TS in one day, only 2 if breakfast and dinner. It's a lot of food and a lot of time away from the parks.

Honestly, I'd scale back on the lunches. Three sitdown meals is a lot, and some of your days your timing has maybe 4 hours between the end of lunch to the beginning of dinner. For some that might be okay - my favorite thing to do at HBD is the salad and a glass of wine - but some have pretty large/heavy meals back-to-back (Via Napoli and Ohana, Tusker House and Tiffins) with not much time in between.

On the 9th, Skippers Canteen would be my top choice for lunch or dinner. Alternatively, with the park usually closing at 8 that time of year, you could head to a nearby resort for a bite at one of the lounges where you don't need ADRs. Since you're at the Poly, I'd recommend Trader Sam's, even with the usual wait to get in; Territory Lounge at WL is also excellent and usually easier to get a table. I do that fairly often when I'm traveling solo, for flexibility - at most, signature restaurant food without an ADR - and because I never would when I have my kids in tow.
