Ideas for departing day?

Last night we got an amazing price for airfare for our August trip! 207 roundtrip on JetBlue from EWR to MCO! We were shocked as we haven't gotten prices like that in at least 10 years or more. The only minus is that we have lots of time to kill between getting back to the airport from our Disney cruise and the time our plane takes off. We have friends that live in the vicinity and we know they will come visit us, but what else can we do? Is Ubering to Disney Springs an idea we can do even with all of our luggage?

I'm not sure taking a full set of luggage to Disney Springs with you would be very fun. How about renting a car for the day? That might end up being not much more than 2 Uber trips anyway

How do you define "lots of time"? From the port to MCO is ~1 hour. Especially if you have checked bags, I suggest getting to MCO 2 hours before your flight. So that's three hours. If you want to go to Disney Springs, allow ~30 minutes each way from MCO. So there's another hour. We've just killed four hours and you haven't done anything yet.

Our flight leaves at 6:40 pm! We wanted the $207 flight! We haven't gotten that price in years!
