Idea for those who have long trip to disney

Hiya~

For those who have a long trip to make to disney and for those who just want to start getting themselves in the disney mood, I am taking a lot of old disney songs with me on the trip like.... A spoon full of sugar, Bare neccessities, I got no strings, Chim Chim cher ree. whistle while you work and more!! Also you can get some of the parks actual theme songs they play in the back ground such as the tiki tiki room and etc. Anyway, Just thought I would pass that along. Well Have fun!!! Deah

We have several of the Disney CD's that have the old and new songs on them and the girls like to listen to those too. Also it is well worth the expense to get a portable vcr or dvd player for any lengthy trip. Then you can play Disney movies along the way to get them prepared. It seems to extend the time for potty breaks from 1 hour to 2 hours in our vehicle. Also, they can use headsets and then we can actually have an adult converstaion. We just bought the prtable kind that hangs between the front seats. It works great.

That is cool !! I did not know they made those!!! I bet it keeps them happy!! I know when we were little (there are 6 of us) Boredom equaled fighting!! HAha What great things they come up with these days!

Those are some excellent suggestions....

My kids when they were school age used the drive down time for doing their homework assignments frocm school. They had almost two days to get it done so it was done and they had some listen to tunes time too. The journey down was not all work..
