Idea for new resort?

If you had to come up with a theme for a new resort in WDW what would you make it?

I believe someone else said this in a similiar post a while back. But I think the future would be great. Make it look like a future that never was and never will be. Kind of like the Jetsons. A Retro Future.

I think it would be cool to have a haunted resort, complete with a villians character meal.

My DH and I were talking about this the other night. I was thinking the Old Country, Europe with all the castles can go by country and coordinating princesses.

fantasy resort. Stepping into a fantasy land with dragons and magic and wizards.

I have thought about this too, and thought that it would be great if Disney created a resort for people with pets......perhaps tile floors etc. I know alot of people travel with their pets and the kennnels at WDW are not what alot of animals are used to. Of course there would also have to be a deposit in case of any distruction , many people have very behaved animals as pets.
I also always thought about since I have alot of friends whose children attend camps and clinics at Wide World of Sports that they should have some sort of dorm facilities there for the attendees.
And how about a resort geared strictly for adults? There are many disney lovers out there that are childless and don't really like to contend with a pool full of screaming kids. Although this would probably be illegal since I would guess it is almost like discrimination......lol

I would like a resort based on Atlantis the Lost City. This would tie in nicely with their movie.

I know it has been on the boards for awhile, but I'd like to see the Mediterranean resort built on Seven Seas Lagoon.

Also, but it's probably too late now that they copied the ride a DCA, but I thought it would have been fun if Disney had built a working Holywood Tower Hotel in CA to match the ride in FL.

That would be awesome. I would definitely book a room there... if the cobwebs were fake and not the real deal.

Underwater "seas" themed resort. Complete with salt water tanks in every room, and if possible built on the water (like its floating). doubt its possible structurally but thought a sea themed resort would be awesome.

I would love to see them build the orginal Oriental resort that was scheduled to be built where the GF sits today. Or, the Mediterranean one which has been rummered for so long.

I would love to see them build a big themed casino. My two favorite places to go are Las Vegas and Orlando. If they built a casino at Disney, in my mind there would be no reason to vacation anywhere else!

Why would it be discrimination? Every other vacation spot for families has an adult only resort as well. I don't think that there would be much controversy over it. There are people who go without their kids and people who don't have kids that would stay there. I think that would be a great idea.

I love most of the ideas already mentioned. All I ask is it be a moderate or deluxe resort--the most recent resorts built have been value, I think.

A tower of terror resort would be a pretty cool idea. They could make it look like the real ride but people could actually stay in it and it would have the same atmosphere and the CM's that worked there would wear the old uniforms. It would be a great idea.

I agree a hotel based on the Tower of Terror or similar setting as previously mentioned.

I've thought for years that this one would be popular:

A duel resort (think Yacht/Beach Club) with similar themes: one side Tower of Terror and the other side Haunted Mansion...can you imagine the bellmen?
