How about ding a weekly challende -
we can take turns making up the challenge - whatever it might be -
example one week - Use a busy patterened paper in a layout
then at the end of the week - and the next week could be - a layout with cardstock only, or using stickers (how many of us spent a ton on these and never use them anymore!)
