Idea for a romantic surprise at DLP

Hi everyone,
Me and my girlfriend are planning a trip to DLP next year and I was just wondering if there is anything I can do at DLP that will both be a surprise and be romantic. I have thought about taking her on the panoramagique but it's only short so any other ideas would be helpful and welcome.

Lunch in Blue Lagoon restaurant
Dinner in California Grill
Drink in the Redwood bar in Sequoia Lodge - grab a seat by the fire
Drink in the Cafe Fantasia in the Disneyland Hotel
Watching Dreams/Fireworks at the end of the night - block out the rest of the crowds in your mind and it can feel as though you are the only 2 people there

I would do dinner in the California Grill it is really nice (although not a patch on the one in WDW but thats another subject)

I agree with the dinner at California Grill idea. Having also eaten at both the WDW one and the DLP one several times I would not say the DLP one is of a lesser quality than the one at WDW. The menu, theme and general ambience of the restaurants are totally different.
