What type of ID pouch do you use to carry your KTTW, fast passes, etc while at Dsney? I don't want (or need) to carry a purse and I don't trust keeping everything in my pocket.

Are they strong enough to hold up from being opened & closed all day? I saw them online and thought the plastic pouch looked rather cheap/flimsy. I found some lanard/change purse combos on amazon (but I don't have enough posts to show the link) and I'm wondering if they'll hold up better.

I thought they were very cheap, we had both of ours break, but were able to replace with ease at any Disney store. This time we are using a Vera Bradley pouch and lanyard. It is soft and durable. :woohoo:

Ours made it through two trips before we lost them and we were opening and closing them l day. Probably would have made it longer if I hadn't forgotten what I did with them. We'll be buying more(hopefully at the outlet malls in St. Augustine) for our trip in December.

I use a passporter pouch. http://www.passporter.com/store/0966899437.aspx

The front pocket is clear so that's where I put my tickets and photopass card. The inside zippered pocket is where I keep cash, ID, insurance card and emergency credit card. There is a 2nd pocket inside that I put moleskin and bandaids in plus a couple of small index cards.
Sometimes I put my GaSleepingBeautyFan business cards that I made up in that section too. I used to see more Dissers in the parks than now and I'd say Hi and give them a card so they'd remember who they met. I haven't seen any in a few years so I don't normally carry the cards anymore.

Back section has a place for a small pen although I don't usually use it.

I use an old employee name tag pouch that I had from a retail bookstore job! It's pretty tough and hangs from a lanyard.

Last year I took a bag in on the first day but quickly realized I didn't need it ;) so that afternoon I bought a lanyard and a pouch. It held up fine.

I happened to find, at Walmart, a black pouch in the office supplies area, marked down to $2.00. It's black nylon, and has a couple of pockets on it, so I am going to use it on my lanyard.

I typically have in my pouch:
Key to the world, ID, credit or debit card, a little cash, a couple of pills for my tummy, a band aid, a spare camera battery, and lip balm.

PASSPORT CASES:
We bought them many years ago at an American Tourister outlet mall store. We paid about $5.00 each and have used them since 2000. It has two zippers in the front. It is big enough for a passport in the top compartment. When we go to the parks, I put my pass, DVC Member Card, and credit cards in the bottom zipper. I keep cash and receipts in the top zipper! It is washable and hangs around my neck on an adjustable cord. Ican hide it under my shirt too!
I was always afraid the cards would come out of the lanyards. We also use this going through airport security, keep passport and or drivers license in it around our necks, and no fumbling with the wallet. Load the passport case with passport, license before you get to security, and we are good to go!:cool1:

We carry a small messenger bag or backpack, mainly because going from the heat to frigid air conditioning we get cold n like light sweaters.

I wear a small fannypack (much to the horror of my boys). Partly because I also have medication to lug around. I know a lot of people have a "thing" about wearing fannypacks but they don't bother me.

We bought a waterproof plastic ID / passport pouch at AAA. It is much sturdier than the ones at Disney which begin to tear before our 1st trip was done.

I also use the Passporter Pouch! Although I do not usually wear it around my neck. I pull the cord though a belt loop on my shorts and then slip the pouch through the loop of the cord so it is like a slip knot! Very secure and it is right at the front of my hip.
