Well when your trying to loose a little wt they work. There for must avoid Alcohol because of all the calories. I am not butt(where most my wt is) 7 lbs over wt but see I have this nice new Bathing suit and a trip ...well you get it.

So today7 I would rather have a big cold beer and a load of Buffalo wings HOT!!!!!

Tomorrow is another day...indeed.
