ID for the children

Will we need ID for the children now? Im flying alone with my son in 23 days and wondering how this will affect flying with children.

What type of I.D. do you guys recommend? And where would I get one that would be accepted?

Ive heard the registry of motor vehicles has them for kids.

Thanks, I'm going to check into this tomorrow. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea anyway to have a present picture of your kids and all of their info just incase.
