Has anyone ever been to Iceland - the country, not the supermarket!!

DH and I are going on Saturday for a week and I was wondering if anyone had any hints/tips on anything, places to go, eat, see, trips to do etc.?

Ive never been but I have heard the volcanic mud baths are a must, the ice hotel is meant to be worth a look as well.

We have stopped at Keflavik airport twice on route to Orlando. Each time we went to the Blue Lagoon which was fantastic, definately a must do!

I've read about the Blue Lagoon and it does look really good!! Can't wait to go there!!
