Iced coffee or iced Latte

I'm used to drinking lots of ice coffee at home. However, I don't like syrup or sugar in my coffee and greatly prefer half-and-half to creamer.

I was wondering if the iced latte I've seen on many menus are the slushie/sugary-type? If so, where can I find real unsweetened ice coffee with ice cubes? I know I got one at Starring Rolls last year, but in the other parks?

TIA

If it is an Iced Coffee, no sugar has been added. It is just that... iced coffee. 2% milk is the standard.

There is at least one place in each park that offers iced coffee.

Since you don't mind the calories in half&half, try the Frozen Latte at the Main Street Bakery. Delish!:thumbsup2

There is info on AllEars where to find coffee. There are several places in each park that has espresso machines - be sure to order it at one of those places. I can't recall if they have half&half or whole milk. You will be able to find what you are looking for there - ice no sugar.... If they do not have espresso machines - that you can see - you are likely to get something premade or from concentrate - AVOID!

Anything from Joffrey's coffee outlets in the parks, where the drink is made from scratch, can be made to order. If it's from a dispenser machine, it is a powder mix and already contains sugar and "white stuff" (maybe milk?).

I drink my coffee black...no sugar...and I seldom drink it hot. The machines in most of the CS restaurants have drinks in which syrups are added in via the machine. I was told there was no way to get a straight up coffee through them. The machines offer 3 types, latte...which is what I would call unsweetened w/milk only (or some sort of milk product), mocha...which is quite sweet w/a hint of chocolate flavor along with the milk product and lastly, french vanilla...again sweet, hint of vanilla flavor and lightened with the "milk". I wouldn't classify any of these as true "coffee". But if I had to pick one, it would be mocha.

As others have said, the Joffrey's kiosks are the best spots to get a made from scratch coffee drink....the real stuff....or as close as you are possibly going to get in the world. That's what I typically go for when I want a coffee when at WDW. You can find a Joffrey's kiosk by looking for their signs that simply say "Espresso Coffee and Pastries". There are none within the Magic Kingdom, but there is one at the TTC. There are 3 inside Epcot and 1 outside of AK that I can think of.

Can't remember if there are any at DHS. The Writer's Spot at DHS will give you a hot coffee and a separate cup of ice....they even gave me some additional ice so I could get just the right coffee to ice ratio.

What I won't do for my caffeine.....

The iced lattes and cappuccinos are really sweet. I take my iced coffee black, with just a touch of cream (which I insist on pouring myself). The only place that consistently pleases is the coffee bar in the Contemporary lobby. They serve real brewed iced coffee, already cold.

The stands in the parks are hit or miss. Often, they will just pour hot coffee over ice, which is disgusting.

There's a Joffrey's stand in DHS at the exit of Tower of Terror.
