Budget related so I don't buy the wrong song!

So on this morning's Today Show, there was a segment of a young woman skating at Rockefeller Center and I loved the music! I think it's an older song, maybe by Barry Manilow or that kind of guy singer?

Anyone see it and recognize the song? Can't find it on the Today show page!
