Ice Rink at NYH and Offers ....

Hi does anyone know if you are staying at the NYH is the ice skating and skate hire free, if not, how much does it cost ?
Also, I've heard people mention if you book through Disney and a better offer comes up, you can amend you booking by adding meals, shows etc up to the value of the difference ... is this correct ? has anyone successfully done this ? thanks everyone x

You have to pay for skate hire - I can't remember the exact price but I think it was around €45 for myself and 3 kids to skate when we were there last November (€10 per child and €15 per adult I think).

People on here have done the add on and upgrade their booking but I think it might just be a chance you take and if you get lucky with the CM on the phone - Disney did make some amendments to their booking terms and conditions lately.
