where is the ice cream social held at? and how much does it cost? Are there characters there also? Any information would be helpful thank you

The ice cream social is held at the Garden Grill in EPCOT. The price is $6.99 per person (same for adults and children). Characters are present - usually Mickey, Pluto, Chip & Dale.
