I need an ice cream cake for tomorrow for a party. I am thinking of picking it up today to avoid running around too much in the morning tomorrow because I'm sure I'll be busy doing other things. Do you think it would stay okay in my freezer overnight? When they write on the top, would there be any chance of the icing running or bleeding on the white ice cream?
