Ice Castle Pictures

Last year someone posted a great picture of Cinderella's Castle with all the Christmas "Ice" drape of lights. I used it for my Desktop picture. I have since gotten a new computer and no longer have that picture on file. Does anyone have one that they can post of Desktop quality? Thanks if you can.

I think it's only during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

It is lit every night, not just for the MVMCP. They just started doing this last year. It's beautiful.

Yes. And well worth it.

We went to MVMCP on Friday night 12/5 and parks on Saturday and Sunday. It was very uncrowded and relaxed. The only line Friday night was for Peter Pan.

It is EVERY DAY at 6:30 pm during the season. It is not a ticket only event. It is not a MVMCP only event. On MVMCP nights the MK closes at 7 pm, half an hour AFTER the main lighting ceremony ("Cinderella's Holiday Wish").

We visited for Thanksgiving and I too loved the castle covered in ice cycles and took photos of every color. Sorry, I'm not a good photographer, so they are hardly desk top worthy . Hopefully I've linked them properly.

Needless to say, this one is my fave and also my desktop.

I took about 50 castle photos, as I love the color changes and also the fireworks!

It's truly spectacular and I hope everyone has the opportunity to see the real thing one day!
