What a worthy cause, Samie! Crohn's seems to be affecting more and more kids, as well as adults. I know 2 of my DD's friends have Crohn's. One of them in particular has been in and out of the hospital a lot this past year while they try to get his med's right.

Well, let's see. There are always car washes and bake sales. That might be tough to do with just 2, maybe you could get some more friends to go in on this. Or maybe you and your friend could collect all the unused and unwanted things in your houses and have a yard sale. That could make quite a bit of money for you.

Have a Happy and Healthy New Year and good luck with your project! :D :D

Samie,
I agree- great cause. I have a friend with Chrons disease. The bake sale and car wash sale are great ideas. A few more.......how about a yard sale. Get your friends and class mates to bring items. Get your class mates involved. See if the school will let you do things like, lollipop sales (those good ones that have a gazzilion flavors sell well), have cans around your school where people can donate change for the cause, bake sale before school or at lunch (again get your friends involved). I think it makes it more of a senior project if you get the kids at school involved and learning about giving and charities.

Good luck,

thanks for the advice i planed to do some of those but i'll talk to my friend and do some more of those great ideas thanks again!!
