OMG! I can't believe it! Thiswas the very first apple pie I have ever made...and I have Piratesmate to thank for the recipe! There were 8 entries, and it came down to a tie breaker and mine was chosen...I won 4 apple shaped placemats and matching coasters, a gift certificate to Applebee's and a mini-chopper from Pampered Chef.This was too cool! Thank you all again for the help, I was able to taste it at the end, and it did taste pretty good. The block party is still going on, but had to thank you guys!
