Any speculation on Animal Kingdom "real" park hours in December?

Currently it states 5pm, however last year without any evening events, it was open until 6:30pm.

What time do you think that the Star Wars Fireworks will happen (if!) in December?

Again, HS is showing an early closing but last year they showed Fantasmic at 8:30pm and 10pm on many nights.

I know that I will just have to be patient but I would love to mentally finalize my December plans and there are sooooooo many variables!

Heck, they don't even have August updated for some of the parks, particularly DHS. They just updated DHS for July past the 9th this week. I would just make your best guess and relax about it until closer. Otherwise, you will go nuts or need anti-anxiety meds

I hear ya!! I'm in the same boat! Hurry up and wait isn't my strong suit. I am so excited to start plotting and planning but they don't tell me the stuff I need to know to plot OR plan!!

I feel your pain. Planning a weekend trip in August for DDs birthday, staying (free) offsite, so really tough to fight for FP at 30 days, knowing they're changing hours at 2 weeks out. Uggghhhh. Good luck to all.

it's super frustrating for sure! We booked our ADRs - got some tricky ones (BOG and CRT - woot!) So our days are pretty fixed now. I'm just hoping when the hours are complete and for the most part certain, that it still fits with our plan of attack now. I also haven't been able to book a F! dinner package yet, according to a CM that I called it's because they don't have the schedule yet for F! So hopefully we will have a better idea soon!

Same boat. I went ahead and booked all my ADRs already leaving some late evening flexibility for the parks to be open later.

I'm right with you but I don't make my ADRs until Wednesday.
We are staying at SSR and my "kids" are 18 and 22 so my dh and I figured we will have most our meals at DTD.
However, we have a Chef Mickey tradition (we eat there on the first night ever since the kids were small) that I REALLY want on
December 26 and a Yachtsman on December 29. Other than that and possibly Via Napoli on December 30 I am not too picky but
if I had younger children that wanted to be somewhere I would be stressed (like my CM ressie I really want LOL).
I'll still be up and ready to go at 6 am next Wednesday. Good luck to all!

We leave in 3 weeks and they just updated dhs hours and fireworks today. If that is any indication of the urgency to update hours on disney's part, you have a long time to wait.

I was going to say like someone else said - talk about frustrating... We did our fast passes last Fri and park hours are still not updated for Aug. I'm not expecting them until mid July

Good advice. You can't make any decisions based on speculation from here anyway, so it doesn't do you any good at all.

Do they typically have ADRs available for after a park closes? I have an 8:15 pm Sci Fi reservation on 12/17, but the park hours are showing that DHS closes at 8.

Really hope they would close AK that late in Dec!! I'm thinking it may be until 7 or 8 only since sunset is around 5:30 ish?

I was wondering about this too... I thought it might be a way to get a general idea on what time the park would close.
