They have been giving me the run-around since May regarding 3 separate purchases I made with LLBean through there web site. They claim that I do not have any outstanding miles, and refuse to credit me. Now, I can see a problem with 1 transaction, but not 3 made over a period of 3 months. Obviously they have a problem. They requested that I email them an order confirmation from LLBean, which I do not have (who in there right mind would save that information for 6 months?), then they told me to send them receipts (which I did...twice...they lost the first ones), and they still refuse to help me. I give up. I emailed them many times expressing my disatisfaction, and not response.

Has anyone else out there had problems similar to this?

I will not pursue this with them anymore...they have worn me down. But thanks for listening.
 
I refuse to shop thru MileSource for the same reason. I did a purchase thru them at JC Penney a year ago and they never credited me, even after multiple emails, forwarded confirmation emails and copies of sales receipts. They only got a chance to burn me once, however.

With rewards programs, I have a pretty solid rule that I follow. I do not shop thru a site until they prove to me that they actually pay their promised rewards. That usually means waiting a long time to shop thru a site since I have to do clicking and signups in order to reach that first cashout.

If they pay for the first cashout, I then shop thru them once. I give them plenty of time to credit points and provide them any and all information that they request if there is a problem. I actually save all confirmation emails in my filing cabinet until orders are received and points are credited. If I have a problem getting the credits that are due to me, I refuse to shop through that site again. There are too many sites out there that will work through problems with me.

As for MileSource, they really do not have all that much that I want in the order of rewards anyway. Their turnaround time on redemptions is extremely poor and customer service is practically non-existant. For those reasons, the only thing that I do at that site is clicking and nothing more. It may take a long time to get to the level where I can cashout again there but I'm not too concerned. EBates, MyPoints and CreationsRewards are all much more reliable and customer-friendly. I'll shop thru them instead.
 
That is so frustrating!

I was credited a few times when they first started, but with the first purchase that wasn't credited, then I didn't shop thru them anymore:(
