by 10 fat grams,, When i go over i usually give up .. and i dont want to i better go feel up my water... and keep telling myself i can do it. dont quit... Why did I, it was just one of those days.. i cant beat myself up for it... thank you for letting me vent... :( :confused: :earseek:
 
Don't beat yourself up. I messed up and went to Arby's for lunch today and ended up ordering a chicken breast sandwich that was the deep fried kind, not the roasted kind. When I checked dwlz.com for restaurants, I saw it was 13 points! I only get 24 a day and had already used 9 between breakfast and snack!! That only left me 2 points for dinner! UGH! I won't make that mistake again!! And I've already used my flex points for the week! So I jumped on the treadmill for about 42 minutes. That helps me from being very hungry, so I am surviving.

Don't give up! Drink your water! Tomorrow is another day!!! You can do it! We all goof up once in awhile!!
 
It happens. I'm so proud of you for not giving up. Tomorrow is another day. You'll do great tomorrow, I'm sure of it!
 
Push the restart button and start over!! We all have our times when food gets the best of us. Don't let that cause you to slip down the slippery slope of bad habits. :)
 

Hey now, bambii!

If you ever feel like giving up just come post here and we'll remind you about how good you feel when you are on track! There are going to be days that you go over a little (or alot) but that's ok! Look at all the days you stayed within your guidelines and celebrate those "wins"! :)

Once in a while we all have day's where we eat something we shouldn't. But that is life and this is a lifetime journey. Don't beat yourself, just move on. Great job for not giving up! Keep up the great work, we are all proud of you!

That is what makes this board so great. When you have a bad moment and feel a sabotage coming on, visit, vent and then move on! I did that yesterday, and turned what was looking like inevitable disaster, into one of my most successful days! These guys are the best! An you are one of us! That is so cool!

as soon as i relized I went over I filled up my water went for a walk even thought it was 40 degress and breezee. and the rest of the night i nibbled on lettuce and celery sticks..

today im doing better..

Hi i wanted to welcome you to wish. I admire your strength to start over and not give in at the next meal. I think as you get more kicked into gear and the lbs start to shed you will be so motivated not to let "days" and events in your life lead to food related pit falls. I wish you all this best and wish i could help you more but i don't have a clue of how the program works. I know others will help you out when you need it. Also if you have'nt found www.fitday.com yet it's a great place to start and i also highly recommend setting small goals if you have a large amount to loss like i did when i started. I took 10% of my weight and made that a loss goal when i reached it i would take the next 10% and so forth that makes things seem so much more doable than looking at a HUGE amount and thinking OMG i'll never get there. Taking it 23, 17, 15, and so on did'nt seem so bad esp the more you loose the smaller the number get!! Another place for ww support is www.dwlz.com and www.getting2goal.com if you have time check them out. Get sites with great ideas so help you along your way. We are all here for you and i can't wait to see you AFTER pic's and updates.
