I was thinking the same thing. I love Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper. If I was that concerned about needing "a fix" I would bring my own.

Bearing in mind some of the things that posters want to get planned to the Nth degree for their vacation I feel this is understandable.

I can totally understand why a certain brand of pop is important to someone. When I was a teen ager, I was a total Coca-Cola addict. I hated Pepsi. If a resort destination where I were to spend days and days didn't carry Coke products, I would have also looked into getting by beloved Coke. Now that I am (much!) older, I have given up most pop and I don't have it in the house. I still drink it occasionally when I'm out and I still prefer Coke to Pepsi, but I'll drink Pepsi in a pinch.

Yah, I feel better with everyones responses. I didnt want to ask everyone if I was 'wrong or right' (I was afraid to start another debate and feel bad again..thats why I didn't provide too much details about what post caused this thread.) I trully just wanted to vent and express how bad I felt when my intentions were good.

Overall the OP told me after re-reading they still felt I was being sarcastic, but accepted my apology. I guess you can't win with everybody.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only who has had good intentions backlash on them. It really was one of the nastiest feelings I have had from the Disboards.

The reason I originally had posted on that thread is because I agreed with that OP. "I need my ______to drink while at disney" LOL I'm a Diet Pepsi drinker also. And Diet Coke tastes like rusted nails in water to me. We will be renting a vehicle for many reasons during our trip in November. One of the reasons is to go offsite and buy 2liters of soda for our two week stay.

I usually bring snacks along also. I'm diabetic so I bring my favorite Sugar Free Snacks/Cookies along. Disney does have a bit of a selection of sugar free, but I'd rather bring them and know that they are there.

Anybody else have any "MUST HAVES" when they go to Disney? (food, movies,items, etc)

It's an OLD pin right? When I created my username in 04 I wanted to have an original avatar to go with it. When I found the pic of the pin I really liked it, and wished I had one of these pins. I now feel like it is apart of me. How and when did you get your pin?
