I was on a ME bus today!

It does look like small overhead storage. I did not really notice that.
I do recall being at the back of the bus, on the right hand side near the set up for handicapped passengers and a woman was standing at her seat!
There were regular bus seats where she was, but right above her head was enough room a regular height person could easily stand.
You know how it is on many busses and airplanes. When the window seat person stands, they are usually hunched over, grabbing the seat in front of them.
Some noticed the nice paint job on the busses too -- a metallic fleck paint.

The ME bus looks like the DCL busses....if they are the same and IF they operate the same...ME should run pretty smoothly...We will use ME for our June trip...so we'll see.

What's the capacity? From the one picture (if you were at the back of the bus) it looks like 10 rows of 4; add a few for HC and you get 45....

I was standing right before the bathroom. There were some seats to my left (as I was facing front) and some across the back.
Sorry, don't know how many can be seated on the bus.
I would agree that most likely this will operate and be very similar to DCL busses. They are all Mears.

If the buses are similar to DCL buses, there are small overhead storage compartments. The DCL buses don't have enough room for anything larger than a small backpack-all other carryons were stowed underneath the bus with the regular luggage.

Capacity is standard motorcoach of about 55 but goes down to 45 when you open up the 2nd WC/ECV section.

The bus that was at DRC had just over 800 miles on it - they're all brand new and beautiful. Buses can accommodate up to 2 WC/ECV if necessary. There is a narrow section of overhead storage (think the size of the compartments on a smaller commuter jet) as well as full undercarriage storage for larger items such as strollers.
