how accurate are the wait times that are posted? For example, if the standby wait for the jungle cruise is 20 minutes, do you actually wait 20 minutes or is it more or less?

Twice on my last trip, I was given a special plastic card by the cast member at the beginning of the ride. I was asked to give it to the last CM I saw before getting on the ride. Apparently, that's how they can tell how long it takes to get from the beginning of the line to the ride itself. [I always wondered how they knew how long it would be!] They update these times periodically, but of course, they're not always as accurate as they could be.
