Just smile and ignore the comments. It's your family vacation and you know what's best. Your children will definitely get enjoyment out of the trip.
We've been taking my nice to DL since she was a baby. Her brother was born last year and he was only three weeks old on his first trip to DL. They won't remember their trips as babies but they were definitely stimulated by the sights and sounds. Not only that, we'll have wonderful memories and photos of them of our Disney trips and so will you.
My niece will be almost four and nephew one year old when they go on their first WDW trip with us in September!
