I was emailed the code!!!!

Excuse my excitement, but I checked my email today and there it was.......THE CODE and PIN!!!!

I called and was able to shave a whopping $400 off my original CZF code for my 8 day stay at the Poly!!!!!

When everyone was talking about "the email" I went to disney.go.com, checked my settings and selected a few boxes to receive info.

A few days ago various people were sent an email from Disney with discounts off Deluxe Resorts for stays between 4/27 - 7/03/03. This discount code has a pin attached and can only be used by the person who received the email. These email's were randomly sent to people registered with Disney.

I happened to recieve the email today

How soon after you made the adjustments on your account did you get the e mail. I just did the same and i hope i will be lucky to get the promo too. We are also staying at the Poly and would definately appreciate more savings on top of the CZF code.

I made the changes Friday. The boxes I checked were to :
receive planning tips and reminders
receive future Disney offers via email

I'm registered at disney.go.com but no email code for me. {sob!} I can just feel the happy vibes from you all that did though. Congratulations!!! That is so neat.

Where did you make changes on your email account? I actually want to uncheck some things I may have checked off to received b/c I've been receiving emails that said they got my address from Disney. The emails have something to do with movies

I went to disney.go.com and clicked on my account, and the enewsletter tab, and checked off the boxes I wanted, but I didn't see the two that you mentioned. Is this the correct place to go?

Is there another place to change your settings? I also went to mail for go.com, but there weren't any options again that you mentioned in the settings area.

Sorry, here's exactly what I checked:
I'd like to receive occasional updates and special offers from the Walt Disney Company family of businesses

Then I also checked everything under "Theme Parks and Travel"

I made the same changes to my account when I first heard of someone getting the email. I have all of the settings that are talked about in this thread, but still have not received the email. I have even tried to register daily in the online sweepstakes. No luck.
