I was charged too much for AP

After reading on this post a couple of nights ago of the 9/8 ticket price increase (I learn so much from you guys!!!), I called and ordered my AP on Saturday 9/7. The CM confirmed that the prices were indeed going up the very next day and she quoted me a price of $354.04 (tax included) since she was able to apply my DC discount. Well today I checked my online credit card statement and was surprised to see that I was charged the amount in effect AFTER the rate increase - - a difference of about $23. I immediately called to straighten it out but the CM I got insisted, after talking it over with her supervisor, that I couldn't have been charged the higher amount since I ordered the AP on Saturday. She suggested that I contact a special 'ticket services' line to see if they could help me. I called and spoke with a very nice CM named Chris who looked into it, then explained that the purchases that were made on Sat did not download for some reason so they had to re-process them today which resulted in the higher amount being charged. He called me back later in the day to assure me that my account would be credited for the difference that I was overcharged. He said it probably wouldn't post to my account for about five days. Just wanted to pass this info along in case others bought their tickets Sat and find themselves in the same boat.
 
Sorry this happened to you, but glad that you were able to solve the problem. It just shows how you really should check your credit card statements.
