I wanted to do something special for DH and DS

Everytime we go to Disney I like to surprise everyone with a special little adventure: last year it was a wishes cruise one night and an illuminations cruise the next (illuminations was my favorite). We are going in April and it is a really special trip for me because it will be just me, my DH and our DS (2 1/2 years old). I wanted to plan a surprise for the two of them. Any ideas? Something that is also good for a toddler to do.

I can't help you with any new ideas, but I'd love to hear about your cruises, could you send me a private message with prices and pros/cons? I want to reserve and pay for one for my cousin and his family Easter week. How far ahead can you make the ressies?
