I weighed in during the Superbowl and weighed in at over 3 bills (Almost 304). Now I had clothes and stuff on and had just pigged out, but still I started to get the sniffles. I realized that I had to change. That was back on February 5th. The next morning I weighed in at 296.5. I've been working hard, but not too hard and as of this morning I'm down 50 pounds (I know it can yo-yo by the day though). I want to be below 200 and I'm going to be. It may take me longer than I expected, but I'm going to stay at it and seeing everyone on here trying for the same goal gives me hope.

Regardless of how long it takes, if the overall trend is down, you are doing well! 50 pounds is an enormous accomplishment and you should be so proud. Good for you! By this time next year, I'll bet you're below 200 for sure!
I am so excited I can hardly stand it. I love love love to scrapbook and can't wait to get great photos and put together a DW book. However when I see myself in pictures yuck
I don't won't to exclude myself from the photos but I really don't like what I see.

Been awhile since I checked in here. last week I began to drink water, trying to give up soda and tea so far so good. I also finally went to the gym today after joining over three month's ago and it went really well.

) My WW leader said that was probably it. So here is to a successful week!!!
