Or if you have a Ruby Tuesday close buy, they have a yummy low carb cheesecake. It's $5.00 a slice but if you ask real nice and they have an extra one, they will sell you a whole cheesecake for $30.00. I have a half one in my freezer now (and a piece thawing on the table)

But if you want to make one, check out www.lowcarbfriends.com There are lots or cheesecake recipes. I have tried the Beachgirl recipe but it wasn't creamy enough, but still yummy.

I just made my second cheesecake in two weeks today! LOVE Beachgirl's cheesecake! Using the Davinci sf syrups make all the difference also!!

I also use chopped pecans mixed with melted butter for a crust, ultra good!

I agree with Nativetxn and Robinrs--Beachgirl's cheese cake is the BEST!! I also add some cinnamon to it. Also, a good crust is:

2 c. FINELY chopped pecans (I use my power food chopper!)
1/4 c. almond flour
1 stick butter
cinnamon
1/4 c. splenda

mix all together and press into your pan and bake.
Also, be sure to bake your cheesecake in the water bath--its a must!!

Another vote for Beachgirl's cheesecake here!! I substituted DaVinci's syrup in place of the Splenda, and my cheesecake was the creamiest I've ever eaten!! Even better than the cheesecake at Ruby Tuesday. I halved the recipe and made it in a pie plate instead so that the servings were smaller I had some for breakfast, lunch, and snack for a couple of days and lost weight!!
