The reason that I have found for Disney's concern about visible tattoos is that they are not considered to be in the company's best interests. So it seems to me that you are making another leap to claim that they are unprofessional and demonstrate very poor judgement.
The main reason companies frown upon tattoos is because of people like you. However very soon, you will be in the minority and it will not matter anymore.
Don't forget to keep sunscreen on it so it doesn't fade.
