I Thought I Banked My Points...

After 2 days of frustration on the DVC site, everything was suddenly working. I banked 57 BWV points & 98 Poly points from my June 2021 UY to June 2022. Got the confirmation # on the DVC site.
Just got the email confirmation: It reads "Thank you for banking your points" and then goes on to list:
Current Use Year May 2021
Banked to Use Year May 2022
Total points banked 155
Total points remaining to bank 155
It then lists only the Poly and "no points were banked from this contract"
Should I be concerned about the incorrect UY and the fact that points may OR may not have been banked? Does anyone at DVC know what they are doing???

No, Disney IT is notoriously bad. Check your 2022 balances and see that the points are there. You can also view transactions and see that the points were transferred.

Oh my. May UY? They really have lost it.

I agree to go look online and if it shows online that you banked then I'd say you're fine.

TY. The DVC site shows everything correctly but that email “confirmation” really threw me for a loop!!! I can’t wait till I get the dues payment confirmation, which I did during the same session as the banking. This should be good LOL!!!
