I am apalled at the level of customer service we are receiving from many companies nowadays.
I ordered my Christmas cards from Kodakgallery.com. I ordered them Sunday, they arrived on Wednesday. I was delighted - until I opened the package and found the processing turned my picture yellow. My girls' faces are yellow, and the fresh snow in the background is yellow. They said their special processing service which produces more vibrant colors and draws details out of shadows could have done that to my picture. I requested they re-process it immediately using their regular process. They referred me to their return policy.
They have a 30 day guarantee return policy. But it takes at least 5 days for your return to ship to California, 5 days for the return department to process the return and then 3 days to get the cards back to you. That doesn't really give me enough time to get them out before Christmas, considering how busy December is. So I am returning them and stopping payment on the credit card charge. I will take them to Wal-Mart. It's really too bad. I was willing to give them another chance. Now I will never use their service again.
