After searching & searching this forum and several Windsor Hills rental sites, we have decided to stay off-site. It sounds like Windsor Hills will be the best for us as we need to be able to make a quick get away from the parks when necessary.
DD3, DW is pregnant and D? will be 3-4 months old during our trip and myself would make 4 total guests.

Now where I could use some advise is where I can find a Windsor Hills property that has:
*3 or more bedrooms
*A pool and spa/hot tub
*at least 1 themed bedroom
*Large Hi Def TV in living room as UofM & Ohio State Football will be on during our stay.
*And the kicker....baby gear(high chair, crib/pack n play, stroller & other things to make life with a little one easier) Maybe a baby monitor that kind of stuff.

I would love to know if any of you have any suggestions. Thanks.

We just booked through the above link directly above my post. They are wonderful to deal with!

There are 4 townhomes available through the site. The owner (George) is a very frequent poster on the DIS!! I just booked "Dreams" for our up-coming trip. Townhouse #4 "Enchanted" has a Mickey Room! You can park right outside the front door (would be handy for wifey) and I believe there are some child items available. There is a splash pool right outside the sliding glass doors. It can also be heated and has jets I do believe.

It is so hard to decide!!!! Cindy D:wizard:

I just took a look at this one, and Enchanted even had TWO strollers which would be good for the OP.

Off the "Enchanted" lists of amenities.....www.5min2disney.com

"Kid friendly supplies including: 2 strollers, pack-and-play, high chair, feeding seat, child gates....
baby monitor, baby bathtub, baby snugli-carrier, and child proofed outlets etc

Never really noticed before because I no longer need these types of items!

I can highly recommend going through www.5mins2disney.com. We just stayed in Fantasmic, but would like to stay in Enchanted next time for the Disney theming. My TR (link in siggy) has tons of pictures of the townhouse we stayed in.

Florida sun vacations: Tweety's nest seems to fit all of your requirements except for the private pool/hot tub. It's a condo, not a house. The condos don't have the private facilities, but the houses do. This unit also did not have themed bedrooms, but the decor in the unit was beautiful...Not a single boring white wall to be found! (That's one of my criteria!)

We stayed at Tweety's nest and loved it. Price was right too!

I am checking all these sites and dh expects me to book something soon since he is working so much these days. Is is possible to get a week for 600-700. I am not sure but that is what he is giving me to work with.

Depending on your dates, my owners have one week rentals for $399/yes $399.

I'm paying $625 for one week for a 3 bedroom (# 204) in August. These owners have the same rates for the 2 and three bedrooms.

Here's the website:

I find the owners honest and very straightforward.
