I think I'm done!

I think I have everything we need for our trip. Except I might order wear and snacks to be delivered to the hotel. We leave 8/9. I have my suitcase out, lol. I had to buy DD all new summer clothes because she grew. And I had to buy sleeveless shirts and shorts because I don't wear them around here. Had to get sneaks, they were $125 at Fleet Feet. I just couldn't pay that. Found the model the next step up on sale at New Balance for $75, yay! Got my cross body bag. Waiting for the packing cubes to be delivered. I have spent too much money preparing for this trip but it will be worth it.

I wish I could get prescription sunglasses but just my lenses alone are $800. So I'm wearing my dad's pair that go over your glasses. My daughter is mortified. Between the shorts, the sleeveless shirts and the sunglasses, I'm mortified, too. But isn't the job of a parent to mortify their teenagers?

I can't wait! I told Claire we are going on Soarin' 6 tmes
