I am feeling a little guilty here... It will just be DH and I. We are leaving in 119 days, that means I still have 5 days to try to get Cindy's breakfast. Have any of you adults/solos every gone? The thought of taking a spot away from a little girl who might want it makes me feel guity. But I wanna be a princess too!

I say go for it, I've been considering it too, and I feel a little guilty at the prospect. But there's no rules saying once we grow up we have to stop being princesses.

I say go for it. I have done it several times solo and it was great!!! The last time was several yeras ago. Have fun.:D

If you want it...DO IT!!
We are all princesses....just because we might be a "little" older princess, doesn't mean we shouldn't be able to enjoy the castle dining :)

Yeah, I think you're right. Cindy's is 60 days and not 120.

Well, I think I am going to try for it anyway. This just gives me more time to think about it :bounce:

Do it! DH and I went last year and it was the only meal that DH asked to do again this year. It was a great experience. There were several other adult only parties when we were there too. Dont' worry about feeling out of place.....the characters were great and gave us just as much time as they gave to tables with children and I now have my picture with Prince Charming.....you can't beat that! :D

I am going on my honeymoon and don't feel the least bit guilty about it :)

But then I never feel guilty about racing past kids at the Carousel, Tea Cups and Dumbo to the get one I want. Hey, I want a yellow Dumbo and I am gonna get it :D

Ooh, don't let that false guilt settle in! I booked Cindy's with a friend of mine, just two adults enjoying the breakfast with princesses on December 5, 2001. (Yep, Walt's 100th birthday!)

We were at a table for a party of two at the window overlooking Fantasyland. Yes, it seemed every other table had a little girl wearing a princess costume, but I wore my custom embroidered Aurora "Briar Rose" tshirt (which I bought at the 5 and 10 store at the Studios) with pride. :smooth:

Go for it, I say! Because I'm sure there will still be phone races at 7am, even with the new policy, I recommend dialing early and frequently. Two phone lines helps, and if you have a cell phone, alternate with your land line. Hang up and redial if you hear the "we're not open" message.

When the "we're not open" message changes to "please wait for the next available agent" message, stay on the phone. You're in the queue, and hopefully you'll have a chance to get in. When the agent says hello, state that you want "Cinderella breakfast, party of two, first available". That worked for me.

Of course, we won't know until June 9th how difficult it will be to get a PS, but that strategy helped me. Of course now you'll have to give a deposit on your credit card after that date. Good luck!
