I think Disney needs a Star Wars Character Meal

What a great idea!! If they didn't want it there full time, maybe just for Star Wars Weekends!! That would draw a huge crowd!!

OMG!! What an awesome idea!! I can't believe nobody's suggested this before. Every year we drag my poor son (he's 10 now) to CP to eat dinner. He absolutely hates us for it! We tell him he just needs to be polite to Pooh and friends, he doesn't need to play with them. Anyways, both my kids (DD12) would love it if they had either a Star Wars or Pirate themed meal. I sure hope Disney is reading this thread!!!

After discussing this with my DW, we are convinced that if you don't have the cantina band in the restaurant, it wouldn't be worth it.



Both of my DDs would go as well.

I have to agree with everyone. WDW is geared towards girls more than boys. Girls get the princesses, why can't a little boy have Star Wars or PIxar?

My two ds's would love this, my DH would love this and I would love this! My entire family is full of SW fans. When DH & I did the "Build your own Lightsaber" we told DS's (5 and 1 at the time) that the lightsabers were for them. Silly boys believed us!!

We'd definately go to a SW meal or even something more geared towards less fluffy/frilly characters.

A SW meal would be terrific! My DH actually mentioned that they should have one when we were at SWW last June. YooHoo, anyone who knows "somebody" important at Disney--PLEEEEASE make sure they see this thread!!

I agree 100% I had hoped AK was going to do a character meal when they made all those changes. I envisioned DS being happy as a clam with Jungle type characters : Timon, Baloo, King Louie, Baloo, Tarzan, Terk and ahh heck they could even throw Jane in too for the girls!

I was so sad to find out it wasn't going to be!

MGM could easily do Toy Story or some Monsters charcters for the boys why not??

Heres hoping our boys get some masculine BLUE type pixie dust meals!

We'd love a SW character meal, or one with Monsters Inc or Incredibles characters. And I am certainly not speaking only for my DH and two DSs. DD and I would be thrilled too.

I agree that WDW has more character meals geared for the girls. Although I have quite a few pics of my boys (when they were pre-teens) looking quite happy with a princess arm around their shoulders.

He is only going to be 7, but he is SOOOOO into SW! He has watched all the movies (More that I can say about myself! ) He plays any SW video game that he can find, and has every SW lego set known to man!

I definitely thing this is the best idea I've heard in a long time!
