I've been trying to book our FPs for April 11, which is 30 days out, but it's not showing as available yet. Is it common for the window to not open right at 7:00?

Update-Yep, opened exactly at 8:00 for me. Hard to believe nobody thought to set the system for DST. lol Hope they get this fixed today, or this is going to make me late for work tomorrow when I try to do our Epcot FPs.
@Dadof2inOH is offsite and has to wait to book each park day 30 days out.You couldn't do them all today? I did them through May 15

Do you have an 8-day ticket or a 7-day ticket? The system only allows you to book for the exact number of entitlements.Did anyone have problems booking on 5/14/2017? No problems (once the system opened at 8 am) for 5/11 thru 5/18 EXCEPT 5/14 I get the message that FastPass+ Limit Reached and I haven't booked anything yet. I tried for all parks and get the same message.
That's probably what it is. I plan to upgrade to an AP when I get there. Thanks for the info!!Do you have an 8-day ticket or a 7-day ticket? The system only allows you to book for the exact number of entitlements.
Yeah kinda annoying that we lost an hour of sleep and assumed that the window would be open at 7am.
When I saw I couldn't book for the 11th I figured they didn't spring ahead so I went back to bed until 8am.
I didn't get the timing I wanted for TSM but meh it's ok.
Now I'm just wondering if I should be logging on at 8am the next couple days or if they will spring ahead.
I highly recommend refreshing on the app - especially if you're onsite. On my FP day I didn't get some of the times I wanted and refreshed a bunch of times that day and was able to get everything moved to times I wanted.

every operating system on the planet takes DST into consideration. This is unbelievable that their date calculations wouldn't use a server date. It has been 7 years since they modified DST.When the current daylight savings schedule went into effect in 2007, the news articles at the time included a cautionary warning that your computer might not automatically make the change if the operating system was configured to the old schedule. Then newer your system, the more likely the new dates were already programmed in, and you would be fine.
So its possible that an old server somewhere in the Disney universe was still running with an outdated DST setting, and no one knew about it. I would agree that it is quite improbable that this could happen for a company as invested in customer-facing technology as Disney, but it would explain the goof up.
