I still don't understand.. Please explain

I have read and read but I still am not understanding how my 180 day mark is going to work. Our past trips have been 7 days or less. This trip is 16 days!!

So I can call on May 27th (180 day mark) to book my ADRs but someone told me I would only be able to make ADRs for the first 10 days of my trip - is this true? If this is true then when can I call and make ADRs for days 11 to 16?

I'm really confused!

Does this also work for any of the other things we want to do that you can book at the 180 day mark? If we wanted to book a Sleigh Ride at Fort Wilderness on day 13 can I make that on May 27th or do I have to wait until 180 day's from the 13th day. Oh someone please help me!!!!

Our dates are Nov. 23 thru Dec. 8.

It is true that you can make ADRs at the 180th day from your check-in day, plus the following subsequent 10 day of your trip. Presumably, the 11th-16th days of your trip would have to be made on the 180th day out from your day 11. So you'd have to wait 10 days. Hopefully someone else will come along and confirm this, I haven't stayed beyond 10 days myself. But I'm pretty sure this is how it works.

As for other things that are 180 days out, I am curious on this answer as well. Would it be 180 days out from your check-in date or 180 days out from the date you want to book?

There was a similar question on another thread a few days ago so I looked at my notes from our trip last year. 180 days before our arrival date (the 20th of the month) we were able to make our dining reservations for our check in date + the next 10 days of our trip (so I was able to book the 20th - 30th). The next day I was able to make a reservation for the 31st. This was on the old reservation system.

I don't know how it works for other activities.

Yes. This is how it worked for us too. 180 days from check-in plus 10 days into trip. So, if check-in is day 1, you can make ADRs for days 1 through 11. It continues to work that way as the trip progresses. So, each day after your 180 date (May 27) adds another day you can make reservations. So, you would be able to book day 13 on May 29th.

We have never booked the sleigh ride, but we have booked; pirate adventure, pirates league, BBB, and lounge chairs at TL and BB. Those all worked the same as ADRs with the 180+10.
