I've been to many a Christian gathering and have had people like you and even decent christians tell em what they believe. It's either true to an individual or not. I think you used the word "choice" before. You chose to stick to the bible...I tend to research a lot more than the sites you suggest and hold my beliefs close to me rather than plastering them on a public forum.

But again, you believe that your truth exists and the Buddhist who lives next to you believes his truth exists. My bet is you'd be hounding him as you both bbq in the backyard as you try to convince him he's wrong and he walks aways thinking you're a .

I think it's an issue of respectability and credibility...two things that have evaded you in your quest here on the Dis. I hope not a lot of christians are like this...and some of them here have proven they aren't.

Love triumphs all. NOTHING can change my love for my children! I would remind them they are a born-again Christian and they gave their heart to Jesus, but they are now living a lifestyle contrary to Scripture. I would pray for them daily (as I do now).
